"There was one drawback: I wanted this place because it was listed as having a hot tub; it wasn't available because it was outside and closed for the season, but the receptionist at the counter mentioned a health club open 24/7 had a hot tub that could be accesed by showing the room key (that part was good!) -- well there was no hot tub to soak the body. But, the complentary breakfast, location and use of the health club -- no hot tub -- made the stay nevertheless enjoyable!"

"The only complaint I have is that we had to go to the desk and ask for ashtrays and then the next day the housekeeping staff took them and did not replace them."
