"While I was checking in another guest complained that the room she was assigned to hadn't been cleaned. The first room they assigned me to was already occupied and I passed someone in the hall who had the exact same problem. The desk clerk was appoligetic and I was given another room, but this one had no TV remote. I was also supprised to find out that the hotel had no internet service. Other than that the room was neat and clean. I requested a wake up call for the following morning, but it never came. I expected better from a Raddison Hotel. The hotel is very convenient to the airport, but next time I think I will stay a little further away for a less expensive, better furnished room."
